Chicken Soup with BA Chicken Broth Protein

Don’t FALL into the season blues . . . . warm up with some chicken soup with an extra kick of protein!


Boil 1-2 pieces of chicken (bone in) in about 4 cups of water.  Add some diced carrots, celery, onion, whatever veggies and seasoning you like.  Be sure to add some poultry seasoning and a pinch of salt and pepper.  Once your chicken is done, let it cool slightly.  KEEP the broth from your chicken and keep a lid on it to keep it warm.  Dice your chicken up once it is cool enough to touch.

Add 1/3 cup of your diced chicken to your favorite soup bowl.

Add 1/3 – 1/2 cup of your veggies from the broth.

Take about 1 cup of your warm chicken broth.  Put it in a glass jar.  Add desired amount of Bariatric Advantage Chicken Broth Protein Powder.  Mix the chicken broth with the chicken broth flavored protein.  Pour it into your soup bowl over your chicken and veggies.
