As of 1/1/21 we will include orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at the flat rate of $5.95.  Larger orders including heavy items (protein and some vitamins) may require additional cost, but you will be notified price to shipping.

As some items are becoming more difficult to source, due to the current epidemic, we are constantly adding new items which are similar to our normal stock.  These items are of similar quality, form and dosage to ensure you are getting the correct nutrients needed to maintain a good regimen.  

You may order a Vitalady Branded item but may receive a Bio-Tech or Food Science labeled product.  Be assured these are the same exact pill.  The only difference is the label on the bottle.

NEW VITALADY BACKORDER POLICY     3/25/2020

New Vitalady Back Order Policy

Due to recent events, some of our suppliers are experiencing delayed product availability. At this time, we are not able to get a reliable schedule for shipping some of these items. Therefore, we will no longer accept orders for them and will identify them as “OUT OF STOCK” on our website. (NEW)

In the past, when we were backordering all items, customers became frustrated because we were sharing un-reliable information and failed to meet your expectations. Unfortunately, we have to charge for all products ordered on line and not available at the time you ordered them, a requirement of our credit card and PayPal processing procedure.

Going forward we will only accept orders for those items we know we can ship in a timely manner (usually within 7-10 days). We will ship what we have in stock and back order those items that we can reliably ship in 7-10 days, at our expense.

Yes, we will continue to notify you of items not immediately available (but within 7-10 days) and give you the option to cancel the back order and receive a refund. On the items we cannot give a firm shipping date, you will be notified, by email, when they are available and have you order them at that time, if you request it, by email to us at orders@vitalady.com.

VITALADY WILL CONTINUE TO OPERATE PRODUCTION PROBLEMS AND PRODUCT AVALIBILITY

Since July 2019, one of our major suppliers, Bio-Tech Pharmacal, has experienced equipment and personnel problems in their production department  

As we rely heavily on them for some of their branded and some Vitalady branded products, they may not be available for a while.  We will try to keep you updated.

Our shopping cart collects payment at the time you order, including any back ordered items.  You will receive a email notifying you of the shortage and an estimate of when it should be available.  

If you are not able to wait, please let us know and we can cancel the back-order and make a refund to your credit card or PayPal account.

We understand how difficult and inconvenient this is, and appreciate your understanding.

We have added a pill size graph when looking up products you are considering.  Keep in mind the pills shown are depicted on 1/4" square graph paper and are not actual size.  So are they a "horse pill" something I can handle?  No more guessing or getting something to large to swallow.  Keep in mind capsules can be "opened and dumped"
